About me

Feeling the Sunday blues at the thought of Monday work? I know that feeling all too well! About four years ago, while on the fast track in a $60 billion revenue corporation, I realized something needed to change. Opting for a sabbatical, I started studying psychology — a rediscovered passion from my school days. Along this path, I discovered coaching: listening and aiding others in finding their own way — that's what I'm good at and what I want to do! But of course, there's more...

My challenge has always been the diversity of my interests - languages or natural sciences? Basketball or ballet? Computer science or psychology? IT Corporation or Business Coach? My response: Why not both? And that's what I am doing now.

What I once viewed as a problem has now become my unique selling point: my diverse interests. With 20 years of experience in IT consulting at an international corporation, I've pursued three degrees - in computer science, philosophy politics economics, and psychology. My personal interests, from basketball and piano, have evolved into tennis and woodworking, and voluntary work. I grew up and studied in Germany, with a year abroad in Australia. Professionally, I've traveled extensively throughout Europe, with additional trips to the USA and Asia. Presently, I live with my Family in Stockholm.

Additionally, I'm still active in my previous company: here, I optimize collaboration and team performance for a 30-member Senior Leadership Team. This involves implementing innovative workshop formats and scientifically supported yet pragmatic interventions, such as reducing meetings or enhancing cohesion.
