Coaching Services

You understand that continuous development and personal growth are crucial for a successful career. Through individual coaching, you receive tailored support to achieve your goals and shape your professional future.

Together, we work according to the principle of "Carte Blanche": with complete freedom to act at your discretion, without restrictions or directives. I strictly adhere to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world's largest coaching organization. It is distinguished by its special focus on ethical principles and the strict rejection of advice.

Typical Coaching Program
  • In a 15-30 minute introductory conversation, we determine if we are a good fit for each other.

  • During the first session, we typically define the goals, both big and small.

  • Throughout the program, we work step by step to achieve interim goals. Has the goal changed? How wonderful, it could be an even stronger sign of progress!

  • At the end of a session, there are usually concrete actions, but there can also be enlightening insights.

  • In mutual agreement, you can take some exercises with you at home.

  • If desired, I can also contact you between sessions. Many of my clients find it helpful to stay in touch if they want to implement concrete actions.

Possible Coaching Formats
  • My coaching packages include 5 or 10 sessions of 45 minutes each.

  • We can meet in person in Stockholm or online via video. Do you think better while walking in nature? Then let's talk on the phone!

  • Many clients feel a session once a week is most useful, but depending on the topic, multi-week intervals may also be appropriate.

Foundations of My Coaching
  • The foundations originate from Positive Psychology by Carl Rogers or Abraham Maslow. In contrast to traditional deficit models, this approach focuses on strengthening individuals and the belief that every person already possesses the ability to lead a successful and fulfilling life.

  • If books like "The Inner Game of Tennis" or "Coaching for Performance" are familiar to you, then you are in the right place.

What Do I Understand by Coaching?
  • I follow the definition of the ICF: Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." (More information available at https://coachingfederation.org

  • Coaching also means understanding what it is not: Mentoring, therapy, or counseling. I am trained to recognize when coaching is not (anymore) the right fit for you.
